Our Process

Working with Online Measures

Step 1 - Submit your plans

Check the pricing page for our options. Then simply upload your plans and specifications, including any additional information we need for the markup.

Step 2 - Quantity Surveyors will analyse your plans

Our QS team accurately measures and itemises your project, getting back to you within 5 days.

Step 3 - If you need any more info, reach out

If your project is a little more complicated and doesn't fit any of the price structures, give us a call to discuss your needs.

Step 4 - We deliver your project measures

We deliver an easy-to-understand and up-to-spec detailed project measure. 

This includes itemising each substrate in a detailed (yet self-explanatory) formulated spreadsheet.

When you have your new project measure, simply add your pricing and it’s automatically totaled for you at the bottom of the sheet. There’s also the ability to add GST and any required trade or customer discount structure should you need.
